In July; Taylor Swift raised voice against an incidence of groping and informed that 98.5 KYGO DJ David Mueller grabbed her backside and took his hands underneath her dress; literally touching her delicate skin in June 2013 during a meet and greet occasion.
While it is hard to not to believe Taylor Swift as she has such a personality that everyone tends to believe her; recently she and her legal team have applied for redacting some portions of her statements regarding the sexual (harassment?) incident. Taylor Swift's legal team wants removal of some portion of the transcript citing some "safety and privacy concerns."
In October; Taylor Swift actually mentioned this whole incident in a frank manner and while complaining about David Mueller stated; "Right as the moment came for us to pose for the photo, he took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my ass cheek and no matter how much I scooted over it was still there," she revealed. "It was completely intentional, I've never been so sure of anything in my life."
Now Taylor Swift's lawyer suggest that while her complaint against David Mueller is true; they seek removal of some portions of Taylor Swift's transcript as it may jeopardize safety and privacy of the 27 year old singer and popular celebrity.
In October; while mentioning the incidence against David Mueller; Swift said that she could still remember all the emotions she felt during those moments. "I remember being frantic, distressed, feeling violated in a way I had never experienced before," Taylor Swift said. "A meet-and-greet is supposed to be a situation where you're thanking people for coming, you're supposed to be welcoming people into your home, which is the arena for that day, and for someone to violate that hospitality in that way, I was completely stunned."
